Very happy. Everyone showed up when they promised to. Nice looking installation and clean up. Matt didn't try to sell us more than we needed and explained everything well. The installers were great. Only have the system for a day, but the AC and heater got used. Recommended!

Our technician Austin arrived on time to perform the annual winter maintenance on our HVAC system. He was very polite and respectful to my wife and I throughout the entire process. Austin is extremely knowledgeable and well trained allowing him to effectively analyze our system and tune it up for winter. After completing his work he took time to carefully review his findings and make recommendations to ensure proper performance. Austin took the time to answer all our questions and explained everything in laymens terms. A final report was provided at the end of the service with valuable information about his assessment of the heating system and ways to keep the system running at maximum efficiency and peak performance! We have used New Age Air for over 13 years now and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a highly qualified company and well trained staff to install and maintain your HVAC system. Great company to work with. James was very informative during the initial visit. The crew that came out for the installation was a nice group of guys who did a very clean job on installation. They are quick to respond to any questions we have. It's a recent installation, but so far, we are happy with the new mini split units!

I've been a customer of New Age Air, a family-run business, since the 1990s. James did a wonderful job managing the project for our new hybrid system. The install team provided updates on their daily progress for the installation . The installers were professional and on time each day of the install. Our work areas were straightened and cleaned daily during the installation process. Our Infinity Heat Pump is so efficient we are saving a lot of money and keeping our air quality perfectly balanced!
