Jason started working with his father at the very beginning of New Age Air, in 1992. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bloomsburg University in 1999 with a BA in political science and philosophy. He deferred entering graduate school, however because at heart, he is a “heating and air conditioning geek, and being anything else would just not have done it for [him].” He has since worked side-by-side with his family to hone New Age Air into the most client-oriented firm in the area. For him, serving New Age’s clients in the most effective manner means carefully listening to their concerns, thoughtfully reflecting on their needs, and developing custom strategies to help them achieve goals. To Jason, clients will always come first, and their needs will always be his primary

Matt started at New Age in June 1997 when he was 14 years old. He started out learning the basic skills of the HVAC trade and began doing service work in 2005. He became a Nate-Certified technician in 2006. Above everything else, Matt strives to do things right the first time, and he holds himself to the highest standards on each and every service call. He obtained an associate’s degree from Mont Co. in Education, before deciding to go into the family business, following his father’s footsteps. He currently works as our Head Service Technician.
