Eliza joined the family business in 2009 and is the office manager at New Age Air. While her job encompasses many tasks, she enjoys building and maintaining strong customer relations and strives to provide a superior level of customer service. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree with Equine Specialization from Delaware Valley College, and worked for three years at an Equine Hospital and teaching horseback riding. This gave her a strong basis for customer service relations, allowing her to immediately contribute to New Age Air once she joined the company when she and her husband Matt (also with the company) started to build a family. Since starting with the company, Eliza has gained considerable knowledge about the HVAC industry, and takes great satisfaction in being a valued member of the New Age Air family.
