 First we want to thank you for your ongoing support and trust in New Age Air to provide you with all your home comfort needs. Amid ongoing concern about the Coronavirus COVID-19 New Age Air is closely monitoring the latest reports and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as the State of Pennsylvania and have taken a number of precautionary measures for the health and safety of our team and our beloved customers. As we partner with you to do our part there is nothing we care about more than the safety of our team and our customers. As the situation is evolving quickly and continues to evolve each day we learn more critical information and we will continue to monitor and make adjustments as necessary to protect our team and our customers. As of now we have received information that we are an essential business in PA and will remain open as recommended by PA Department of Labor & Industry.  Pursuant to our core value of protecting the health and safety of our clients and those we serve, we will however be ceasing all but emergency services to our clients and community.

Precautions for our Team

Our team is of utmost importance to us and we are working with them to ensure they are healthy and safe during these uncertain times.

• We are keeping our team up-to-date on the evolving situation in to ensure they are healthy and safe while doing their jobs.
• We are monitoring all our service technicians and installation personnel’s health and well-being.  They have been instructed that if there experience any symptoms at all they will be asked to stay home.
• Our entire office staff has been asked to work from home and comply strictly with the “stay at home” mandate.
• We have educated our team on proper hand washing and hygiene techniques.
• We have provided hand sanitizer to our team as well as cleaning wipes.

Precautions for our Clients Should You Need a Service Call

For our customers we want to ensure you are safe and we have taken all possible safety measures when entering your home. We are committed to providing you with the services you need safely and without being exposed to or spreading any germs.

• As our technicians keep their appointments, they’ll maintain heightened awareness of their surroundings and adhere to sanitation basics during each service call.
• We will be screening all calls and will be asking if anyone in your household has been exposed prior to booking your appointment.
• We will sanitize our hands and tools upon each visit to your home or business.
• We will wear shoe coverings on every entry to a customer’s home or business.
• Our technicians will be provided gloves to wear throughout the entire service.
• All communication will be conducted by cell phone even when in the home.
• Though we prefer our clients to remain away from the working area, if it is impossible, please maintain at least 6’ distance from our technician while they are in y our home.

Please Keep our Technicians Safe By Doing Your Part

• Please inform us if you have been exposed or if you or anyone in your household have any symptoms.
• If you have recently had service from New Age Air and feel you have been exposed or have symptoms, please kindly let us know ASAP.
• Once at your home, all communication will be conducted by cell phone even when the technician is in your home.
• If there is an outdoor entry to the work area such that the technician can avoid physical contact with you, please make it available.
• Though we prefer our clients to remain away from the working area, if it is impossible, please maintain at least 6’ distance from our technician while they are in y our home.
• We will be accepting online and phone payments only at the conclusion of the service. 
• Please work with our customer service team and we will do our best to help you determine if a visit is required.
